By using this website, you are deemed to have read and accepted the following terms and conditions: The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "Us" and "Our", refers to our Company Properties DR operating as a Vacation Rental and Real Estate Sales Agency in Jarabacoa. "Party", "Parties" or "We" refers to either the Client or ourselves, or the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose to comply with the client's needs regarding the provision of the services/products indicated by the Company, in accordance with and subject to current Dominican legislation. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Privacy statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected from individual customers is only used by authorized employees within the company who need it. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. The Dominican Congress has created specific crimes for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or initiating civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.
Confidentiality
We are registered under law 126-02 art. 21 until Dominican Law publishes a non-literally mandatory "Data Protection law" and, as such, any information related to the Client and their respective Client Records may be transmitted. However, Client records are considered confidential and therefore will not be disclosed to any third party except [internal department designated as Reservations/Customer Service] if legally required to do so by the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight and copies of any and all Client Records we maintain, provided we are given reasonable advance notice of such request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature published in connection with the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we will provide the Client with appropriate written information, brochures or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.
We will not sell, share or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited email. Any email sent by this Company, Properties DR, will be solely in relation to the provision of the agreed services and products.

Exclusions and limitations
The information contained on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Company:
Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which are or may be provided by any affiliate or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company's literature; and Excludes all liability for damages arising from or in connection with the use of this website. This includes, but is not limited to, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have informed this Company of the possibility of such loss. potential), damage caused to your hardware, software, systems and programs and the data contained therein or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damage. Pay
Full payment for your rental and/or excursions/activities must be made when booking. Cash, bank deposits to the account of the Company or person authorized by the company at the designated bank, online payment through PayPal are all acceptable payment methods. Note: Debit cards are only valid in your presence and US AMEX are not accepted.
An 18% tax will be added to all rates.
We reserve the right to seek recovery of any remaining unpaid monies sixty days from the date of invoice through collection agencies and/or through the small claims court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed £3000. In such circumstances, you will be responsible for any and all additional administrative and/or legal costs. Invoices will be sent to you according to the cancellation rules (see below). To keep your reservation and avoid cancellations, you must pay accordingly.
Cancellation policy:
Reservations canceled 60 days before arrival date receive a 90% refund of the amount paid. Reservations canceled 30 days before arrival date receive a 50% refund. 28% of the reservation cost must be paid at the time of booking.
Basic rules and regulations:
Please keep your language at a respectful level. Loud noises and bad language are not accepted in our properties.
NO FIREARMS, ILLEGAL DRUGS OR NARCOTICS ARE ALLOWED.
Pets are prohibited in all accommodation properties
Rules for guests and visitors
All actions of guests and visitors are the exclusive responsibility of the clients who rent the property and they must be responsible for any damage that may be caused to the property of others in which they are staying.
Registered guest capacity limits per accommodation:
Properties must never exceed the maximum guest capacity stated on our website. Any extra excess will be charged at the rate per person as established by the property you rent.
Special events
Any event must be authorized by the accommodation Administration during office hours, special events must be requested at least 48 hours before the event and only be carried out if the administration approves it.
If you do not follow these rules: The first violation is a verbal warning. The second violation is a written warning that is registered with the Administration. The third violation is grounds for immediate eviction and blacklisting of all guests and clients causing the disturbance. Payments are non-refundable. If we consider it necessary, we reserve the right to take action for third infringement directly.
Reservations
Guests can book in advance or upon arrival. Properties are subject to availability and Properties DR reserves the right to refuse any reservation for good reason.
Arrival (Chek-in) and Departure (Check-out)Guests will be able to check-in at any time starting from the time stated at the property where they are staying on the day of arrival.
Pay
Guests must pay all outstanding charges upon departure. We accept all major debit and payment cards. Credit cards except American Express. We reserve the right to maintain the hold and charge until, but not limited to, 48 hours after departure. Upon departure, guests must vacate their properties and check out before or no later than the time established by the accommodation or property.
Right of refusal
Properties DR reserves the right to refuse entry and accommodation to a guest if, upon arrival, management reasonably believes that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, previously blacklisted, is not appropriately dressed or behaves in a threatening, abusive or unacceptable manner. Losses, Liabilities, etc. Guests must report any loss or damage to their property immediately upon discovery to our staff members and will be available to assist with any reports made by Properties DR to the police.
Goods left in rooms will be kept for 3 weeks. All unallocated property will be sent to a charity or disposed of based on value. If we return the items to the customer, we will charge a shipping and packaging fee to the credit card on file.
Properties DR will not be responsible for death, personal injury, loss or property damage suffered by a guest in such areas.
Properties DR will not be liable to a guest for any loss or damage to the property caused by the misconduct or negligence of a guest or an act of God, or where the guest remains in sole charge of the property in question.
Properties DR shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of any of its obligations under this Agreement if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) war or threat of war, civil or political. action or disturbance, disturbance, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, bad weather, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), military activity, governmental or regulatory action, industrial dispute, act of God, power or machinery failure, failure or interruption in services and externally provided utilities, and all similar events outside the control of Properties DR.
Whilst Properties DR has made every reasonable effort to ensure that bookings made under this Agreement can continue, we reserve the right to relocate any booking to another property within the rental system of similar size and standard. The tenant acknowledges that Properties DR accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered or caused to the tenant as a result of the tenant's relocation.
For the avoidance of doubt, Properties DR does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury caused by Properties DR's negligence.
Properties DR is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to a guest's vehicle, unless caused by the intentional misconduct of Properties DR.
Guests will be responsible for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause during their vacation with Properties DR.
These Conditions will be governed by Dominican law and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Dominican courts.
Termination of Contracts and Refund Policy
We reserve the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including termination of services already in progress. No refunds will be offered where a Service is deemed to have commenced and is, for all purposes, in progress.
Availability
You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its contents, including by framing or similar or any other means, is prohibited without the express written consent of Properties DR. Properties DR does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, although it is provided to the best of our ability. By using this service, you indemnify Properties DR, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in any way, howsoever caused.

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns, and troubleshooting, our web servers automatically log standard access information, including browser type, access/open mail times, requested URL, and URL. reference.
